Amanda Holden has vowed to stay sexy until she is 70 – when she will finally let herself go.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge says she has been inspired by the likes of Jane Fonda, Jennifer Aniston, Kylie and J Lo to maintain her curves and keep donning skimpy outfits for another 20 years.

Then she will `go to seed’ and eat and drink all she wants.

The actress, who stars in comic Leigh Francis’ new spoof E4 reality show The Holden Girls: Mandy And Myrtle, said until then she will remain focussed on looking the best she can because `longevity if everything’.

Amanda, 50, said her nan Ethel instilled in her the importance of always making an effort.

|She used to tell me to never let your husband see you without your lipstick, which is obviously hysterical,” she said.

“But it’s all about self-preservation.”

“I look at people who are older than me, like Kylie, Jennifer Aniston, Sharon Stone, and Jennifer flipping Lopez – there’s no one hotter than her. We’re leading the way.

“Look at Jane Fonda in her 80s. If you’re like her and have been iconic for your looks as well as your brilliant acting then you don’t want to let that go. Why should you?

“Why would you want to lose your sexuality and how you’re perceived physically?

“Of course we all care about the inside but it’s not wrong to keep up appearances.”

She loved the fact Ofcom received 235 complaints about a low-cut dress she wore to judge BGT.

“I dress for other women and for myself,” she said.

“I don’t dress for men and I dress absolutely how I want to. When I’m told I can’t it makes me do it more.”

The mum-of-two, who has agreed to join the cast of Australian soap Neighbours, said she and her record producer husband Chris had made a pact to turn on the style for another 20 years.

“I’m going to allow myself to go to seed at 70,” she said.

“Chris and I say we’ll just eat and drink what we want and not care.

“But probably you and I will meet then and I’ll say, `No, it’s going to be 90!”’
