Fitness influencer Linn Lowes has wowed fans with her latest Instagram post.
The 33-year-old from Sweden looked amazing as she showed off her toned booty in skintight gym wear in a new snap.
And she told fans exactly how they could get their booty just as good.
The picture saw Linn taking a mirror selfie with her back to the camera to show off her impressive rear.
She was also wearing a tiny white crop top as she posed in her home.
Linn followed up the gorgeous photo with some workout videos as she showed her 2.7million followers what she’d been doing to achieve her eye-popping shape.
She shared ten different exercises to do as she went into details about these in her Instagram caption.
Linn wrote: “Sorry, just obsessing over these leggings!
“Anyhowwww here’s 10 (!!!) EXERCISES you can do for lower body in the smith machine that isn’t barbell back squats!”
Linn’s ten recommended exercises were step ups, hip thrusts, side plant abductions, donkey kicks, straddle DL, frog kicks, sumo DL, static lunges, single leg glue bridge and split squats.
It seems like fans liked the look of the exercises, as the post racked up more than 39,000 likes.

Linn often takes to her Instagram page to share various workouts with her fans.
This includes another earlier this year where she showed followers how they could achieve washboard abs.
