COLLIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) — A former neighbor of a U.S. Postal Service employee in Pennsylvania confessed to authorities that he fatally shot him as a result of he believed the mail provider beforehand poisoned him and his household with cyanide, a federal official stated.

Eric Kortz, 53, turned himself in Thursday for the capturing loss of life of Louis Vignone whereas Vignone was on his route in Collier Township, performing U.S. Legal professional for the Western District of Pennsylvania Stephen Kaufman stated in a press release.
