COLLIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) — A former neighbor of a U.S. Postal Service employee in Pennsylvania confessed to authorities that he fatally shot him as a result of he believed the mail provider beforehand poisoned him and his household with cyanide, a federal official stated.
